Day 0: Dhaka → Khagrachhari
Overnight journey by Non-AC bus from Dhaka to Khagrachhari.
Day 1: Khagrachhari → Baghaichhari → Sajek
At dawn, we arrive in Khagrachhari and head straight to our designated restaurant, FNF, for a quick fresh-up and a hearty breakfast. Energized, we board our reserved jeep and set off towards Baghaichhari. The winding hilly roads, lush valleys, and breathtaking views make the ride a feast for the senses. After completing formalities at the Army check-post, we begin our escorted journey to Sajek Valley.
The road is a roller-coaster of nature—curving hills, rising slopes, and playful clouds weaving in and out. Upon reaching Sajek, the feeling is indescribable—it’s as though you’re standing at the edge of the world, with distant “Chander Gari” jeeps crawling below like tiny ants.
After checking into our resort, a refreshing splash of cold mountain water revives us before we enjoy a traditional lunch at Sani Lushai Restaurant, featuring Sajek’s signature bamboo chicken and other local delicacies.
In the afternoon, we head to Konglak Hill—the crown of Sajek Valley. The mesmerizing panorama of clouds and hills will etch itself deep in your memory. Next, we stop at Helipad, where the golden sunset melts into the horizon, painting Sajek with magical hues.
As night falls, we return to our resort. Later, enjoy a BBQ dinner under the stars, the crisp mountain breeze making the evening even more enchanting. Overnight stay at the resort. 🌄✨
Day 2: Sajek → Khagrachhari Sightseeing → Dhaka
Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise right from your resort balcony—golden rays piercing through drifting clouds, creating the illusion that heaven itself has descended upon Sajek.
After breakfast, we pack up and check out by 9:30 AM. Our jeep ride back, with army escort, again treats us to stunning views of hills and clouds.
Back in Khagrachhari, we freshen up and enjoy lunch at FNF Restaurant, then begin our city sightseeing:
By evening, we return to FNF Restaurant to relax and have dinner before boarding the night bus back to Dhaka.
Day 3: Dhaka
By early morning, we reach Dhaka, carrying not just backpacks but hearts full of stories—of clouds and hills, sunsets and stars, laughter and memories.
